A retreat focused on restoration & an introduction to various healing & self care arts catered to the Divine Feminine. Hosted in a luxury, eco-friendly Inn located in the Blue Ridge mountain town of Boone.

This retreat is designed to allow enough time to rest, reflect & restore. Your 4-day, 3-night stay will take place in one of Boone's only luxury eco-friendly Inns from Oct. 9th-Oct 12th 2022. While you are here, you will have the opportunity to experience various healing & self care arts such as Yoga, Meditation, Reiki Circle, Cacao Ceremony, Acu-Sound Healing, Full Moon Ceremony & more. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to win Holistic services such as Halotherapy, Infrared Sauna Session, Non-Toxic Nail Services, Pelvic Hydrotherapy (V-steam) & more, from Lake Norman small businesses. This retreat will take place during the Autumn season; a perfect time to let go & transition into the energy of "being". All activities will be spaced out during the day so that each guest can have enough time to enjoy the provided activities, explore the beautiful town of Boone & enjoy the amazing fall colors. The retreat is limited to 6 suites. Keeping the group small will allow for more personal interaction & transformational experiences in a safe space shared by like-minded individuals.
Accommodations
The Lovill House Inn is an oasis of luxury, sustainability & history. The Inn is able to operate independently from the electric grid (Off-grid) using solar, batteries, energy efficiency & even micro-hydro power. The property spans 11 acres & is located just 1/2 mile from downtown Boone. Guests can walk the grounds to visit the 110-year-old Lovill Barn, relax in the outdoor gazebo, walk up to the waterfall in the backyard, or hike to the top of the mountain where you may find the bear cave.
The Lovill House Inn is a historic home built by Captain E.F. Lovill in 1875 & lived in by the Lovill Family for 100 years. The property was converted to a bed & breakfast more than 20 years ago & has been rated the #1 Bed and Breakfast in Boone several times. Each roomy suite in the house has a private bath. The suites are upgraded with new beds, hardwood floors, flatscreen Samsung TV’s & fast internet. Each suite features at least two windows bringing fresh air & light into your own private space.
As part of the Inn's sustainability initiatives, you'll notice each room is stocked with glass water bottles instead of plastic, locally made hand soap & hand lotion, refillable in shower stations for shampoo, conditioner & body wash, compostable waste basket liners & more. Daily breakfast is sourced from local organic farms & some of the fresh herbs used in the meals are grown right outside the kitchen!
